It was a burning desire to learn new things, that made Bakul Patil travel to Enschede all the way from India. During her time as a UT master’s student Bakul learned that you can only flourish if you feel at home. But how do we achieve that as a university? A question human resources (HR) advisor Irene Felius knows all about. ‘I want to make sure that we not only reach our organisation goals, but that our colleagues have fun in doing so.’
