Complete land information and the benefits of accurate records is a challenge in most developing countries. Use of papers leads to duplicates and lost records. Through my project on modelling the cadaster for Kenya, I will be able to present a better way of managing land records digitally.

With this, officials working on land-related information shall be are aware of the importance of having accurate and complete land records. This will ultimately, enable the citizens to take responsibility for their land information and understands the value for each activity on their land, fostering secure rights on land for all.
