ILWIS 3.31 Update

ILWIS 3.31 is a service pack on ILWIS 3.3. Some new functionality has been added to the Hydrologic Flow Operations and the Spatial Multiple Criteria Evaluation (SMCE); some bugs were fixed, and the registration code requirement has been removed.

Single file download and installation

Download the ILWIS 3.3 self-extracting executable ILWIS3.3Academic.exe listed below. When the file has been downloaded, start the executable by double-clicking it. The installation files will be unpacked, then the ILWIS 3.3 installation is automatically started. To install under Windows NT/2000/XP, administrator rights are required. Note: upon starting this version of ILWIS, a registration code is asked. To remove this requirement, perform the update to version 3.31 using the instruction in the first paragraph. Note also that this is a very old version of ILWIS. If you are looking for the latest version, open the link "Getting Started with the latest version of ILWIS Open" on the Home ILWIS page.

Multiple part download and installation

In case you have an unstable internet connection, download the fifteen (15) files listed below into one folder. When all files have been downloaded, start the executable by double-clicking it. The installation files will be unpacked, then the ILWIS 3.3 installation is automatically started. Announcement: ILWIS open source and free of charge per 1st of July 2007

ILWIS software will be made freely available ('as-is' and free of charge) as open source software (binaries and source code) under the GPL license as per July 1st, 2007.

Installation instructions

1. Download and install ILWIS 3.3, see above.
2. Subsequently, download and install ILWIS 3.31 update (the patch).
