Space53 is a regional initiative that builds a regional drone network for automated emergency response drones. We are excited about their vision and see many technical, economic, social, environmental and ethical implications. These implications suggest great research opportunities. When we have a critical mass of people, we organize a meeting to discuss opinions for cooperation.
