Crowdtech Survey: The UT’s Central Survey Tool as of September
From September 2025 onwards, the entire University of Twente will use a single, central tool for creating and distributing surveys: Crowdtech Survey. This will replace fragmented solutions such as Qualtrics, Evasys, LimeSurvey and Maptionnaire with one secure and centrally supported tool for both students and staff.
Crowdtech Survey supports education, research, and services, and aligns with the UT’s strategic goals: greater uniformity, collaboration, and quality in how we work.
Training and Support
Want to get off to a good start? Then join the upcoming training session.
📅 Tuesday, November 18th, 2025
🕚 09:30 to 12:30 AM
📍Location to be announced
For this training, we invite you to share your survey with us in advance via the upload option in the registration link.
During this hands-on session, you’ll learn how to input your survey into Crowdtech. The Crowdtech trainers will demonstrate how to enter more complex questions; you will input simpler questions yourself under their guidance. This is a great opportunity to transfer your survey into the new system efficiently.
