Knowledge footprints can be used for representing, sharing and promoting scientific and professional capabilities. Standardisation is done through annotating publications and documents with concepts from the EO4GEO Body of Knowledge (BoK). The EO4GEO Body of Knowledge (BoK) (http://www.eo4geo.eu/bok/) is currently maintained by the SPACE4GEO Alliance (https://www.space4geo.eu/) as a reference ontology for the domain of geo-information and earth observation. This workshop builds upon the result of a tutorial held at the AGILE 2023 conference and the support by the AGILE community to develop footprints. The method on creating footprints is currently being developed in a collaboration between two AGILE member organisations (ITC and UJI). In this workshop, participants will see the current status of this research and they will learn how to make and use footprints
