In 2014 the PhD policy at the University of Twente has changed.
Presently we are in the stage of implementation of the new PhD Charter. While this process is ongoing, the pre-existing procedure, including forms Annual Interview, Appraisal form for PhD-students, and Training and Supervision Plan for doctoral candidates may be used by employed researchers that started their PhD trajectory before 1 January 2014.
All doctoral candidates who started in 2014 or later have to maintain their Hora Finita account including the T&SP, together with their supervisor. Forms (Training supervision plan, Qualifier, annual review), manuals and flowcharts are available on the TGS website. These forms can be uploaded in Hora Finita.
