I completed my Master's in Geo-information Science and Earth Observation with a specialization in Land Administration in 2020 from ITC. Studying at ITC is challenging and overwhelming however, the results that we get at the end are fruitful.

The master’s degree provided an appropriate platform for career growth both personally and organizationally. I was able to meet a wide range of people and make friends coming from different cultures and backgrounds improving my intercommunications. Living and studying abroad taught me to be more matured and self-confident.

Professionally, I have acquired a lot of knowledge and skills in land administration through this study. I had little knowledge or limited GIS experience however this study opened my eyes to the role and application of geo-information science in land administration. Moreover, this course relates the scientific knowledge to the professional country experiences on significant subjects such as cadasters and land registration systems in the broader context of land policy and land management which were immensely helpful. Hence with such numerous benefits and skills acquired, I wish to work hard as an agent of change in bringing about the desirable reforms in my institutions in the above fields.
