I joined the MSc Land Administration in 2013.  With my prior professional experience in land administration in Ghana, I found the program so organized and a perfect recipe especially for countries with developing cadastres. The link between the pure technical aspects of land administration and the social aspects of land tenure was well established.

Such a balanced program equipped me with a new skill set that enabled me to participate in different aspects of land administration upon my return to Ghana; from data capture to data management. The course content cut across different country contexts of land tenure and administration which broadened our understanding of how land administration takes place elsewhere. One most amazing part of the program was the fact that the department participated in the development of new concepts and global standards for land administration. It made me feel I was at the right place and with the right people.
