Challenge-based Learning (CBL)
Challenge-based learning (CBL) is an important strategic priority for the University of Twente. Join us on February 9th (13:00 - 14:45) to learn more and discuss what CBL is and how it adds value to what we teach and do at ITC.
The aim of this workshop is to stimulate a discussion about CBL, provide insights into CBL and its implementation.
Janneke Ettema and Thomas Groen will introduce the CBL approach at ITC and address some of the challenges they faced while implementing CBL. In the second part, we would like to discuss some topics in break-out rooms: How can we work towards a shared understanding of CBL? What experiences you have had developing CBL? What are some challenges associated with CBL implementations within ITC? How can we support and share experiences?
