Joint Education Programmes

Implementation of decentralised educational programmes: joint educational programmes in Bolivia, China, the Philippines, India, Iran, Mexico , Nigeria and Tanzania.

This Joint Education Partners (JEP) policy sought to organize joint courses partly in the Netherlands and partly in the JEP countries with the aim of facilitating accessto ITC education, and to mobilize local knowledge and expertise for joint educational efforts. It also bolstered the ITC's domestic standing as a "capacity building" organization by anchoring its educational programs more firmly in international development networks.
