Phase 2

13-24 months (flexible end-date)
Fulfil specified activities per training and supervision plan
Prepare research progress report, compare progress to plan

Phase 3

Month 25 onward
Complete research per plan
Initiate the procedure for the award of PhD degree (promotion)
Draft, finalize and submit PhD thesis
Examination and oral defence (promotion)
