The Tartu Marathon is part of big annual sport event in Estonia that includes besides the running, cross country skying, cycling, mountain biking and skeelering.
In 2011 the running event took place on May 8th between Otepää and Elva, south of Tartu where I stayed for part of my sabbatical. The track was for the vast majority non-surfaced (a cross) .
The blue line in the graph represents the height and each green bars the time needed for each kilometer. The map below the graph give the route of the marathon and the kilometer posts. Half marathon time was 1:40:06 (this was my tenth half marathon).
