This workshop is jointly organised by the International Federation of Surveyors (FIG), Commission 2 and Commission 7, and the International Institute for Geo-information Science and Earth Observation (ITC)

This international workshop aims to bring together professionals engaged in e-learning and distance education in Surveying, Geoinformation Sciences and Land Administration. The workshop is meant to be an active event, offering the participants the opportunity to demonstrate and/or try out good practices and to share their experiences. E-learning in Surveying, Geo-information Sciences and Land Administration in technologically less advanced countries will get special attention. Also, the changing requirements priorities in the application fields will be addressed.
