Landsat TM (band 6)

This is a Landsat TM thermal band (band 6) image of the study area acquired at night time. The image here has been destriped and flipped to match the geometry of other daytime images. As it is obvious from this image the thermal data has a much coarser spatial resolution. Coal fire areas show up in very bright tones.
