The Scientific Council advises the Directorate on the scientific and academic substance
The Scientific Council advises the Directorate on the scientific and academic substance and is responsible for:
- monitoring the quality of education and research
- monitoring the collaboration with universities
- awarding scientific degrees
- appointing chairs and members of education and research advisory committees.
