Automated Change Detection for Updating National Databases
A workshop to baseline research and to provide a stimulus for practical implementation of automated change detection methodologies.
The objectives of the workshop are to:
- Baseline the current state of automated change detection research
- Identify the common needs of NMCAs
- Highlight best practice, current technology or case studies of practical implementation
- Identify routes through to wider implementation
In scope will be any software, technology, service, process or application that is available to civilian users for purchase, licence or sharing.
