Postponement or withdrawal
Applicants wishing to postpone participation in a course or wishing to withdraw from a course must notify the Student Registration Office as soon as possible, and no later than:
- two months for courses longer than three months and
- one month for courses of three months duration and shorter
before the course begins.
In such cases the fees paid can be refunded, or credited for attendance at a later date by the same or a different person. If an applicant withdraws at a later date part of the course fee will be charged in accordance with the general conditions for ITC courses.
