Short course on Land Administration in a Changing World
Theoretical and Practical Aspects
ITC in cooperation with the Hanoi University of Science (HUS) will deliver a short course on "Land administration in a changing world: theoretical and practical aspects''. The course will take place at HUS, from 26-30 Octobre 2009, and will deal with land registration, cadastre, land tenure, land tenure security, land markets, credit markets, land use planning, acquisition of land for public purposes, land taxation and e-land administration. The course will be delivered by professor Paul van der Molen (ITC) and dr. Tran Anh Tuan and dr. Tran Quoc Binh(HUS). Participation is on invitation only'.
