The Residential Towers
The residential towers are located at the centre of Enschede. At walking distance, you will find the shopping area, restaurants, cafés, museums, police, railway- and bus station. Also within walking distance, the ITC Institute.
All rooms and apartments are fully furnished and have their private shower and toilet. They are equipped with a TV, a refrigerator for private use, a telephone for internal calls and internet connection.

- Three hundred and ninety eight (398) single rooms
- Single rooms make use of a common kitchen (two per floor)
- For every user a private drawer is provided in a large freezer
- Kitchen utensils, pots and pans, cutlery and chinaware are not included
Remarks
The hotel is equipped with a keycard system to access your room, the corridor to your room, and the doors to the main entrance. Students at ITC use a Smart card for all internal payments. At your request it is possible to add the keycard code to the Smart card so you can use only one card for both systems. There are no keycards used for the facility "Stadsweide".
We can also accommodate your family and friends, but for this you always need prior permission. Please make sure you have this prior permission because the numbers of accomodations are very limited.
