Workshop preparing healthy Scottish and Irish dishes

Today, in the kitchen of the ITC restaurant and under the supervision of catering manager Frans Jannink, you can prepare Scottish and Irish dishes. In making these Scottish and Irish dishes, you will experience that health and flavour can go hand in hand. In a group with a maximum size of 16 participants dishes will be prepares using fish, lamb, fresh vegetables and crustaceans. Recipes include among other things Welsh Rarebit, Scottish salmon snacks, Scampi salad with Scottish salmon and mozzarella, Mussel Prose, Boxty Pancakes and Scones.
